Sue has been in the industry for 33 years and with Covéa for 16 years. She loves the variety of the role but particularly being out in the market. Sue's life outside work revolves around family, so her passion is anything to do with them, particularly when she goes on holiday with them.

Emeric is a risk and insurance expert, bringing over 20 years of experience to his role as Chief Risk Officer at Covéa Insurance. He advocates for a strong risk framework leveraging his extensive knowledge of the UK insurance industry. Emeric is married to Axelle and they have 2 children. Together, they enjoy spending time near the Atlantic coast where Emeric sails and fishes. They also love to trek and ski in the French alps. Emeric is also an amateur photographer.

As our CFO, Claire is responsible for supporting the business through financial control and analysis. With 30 years of experience in major insurance and reinsurance companies, Claire is a fully qualified French actuary and insurance practitioner. Claire enjoys travelling, mostly in countries where the weather is not too hot, so working for a UK company just made sense! When she is not travelling, Claire likes to spend time with her 2 cats that she calls her babies!

As Commercial Lines Director, Keith is responsible for leading the Commercial Lines team and driving profitable growth through service excellence and underwriting performance. Keith supports the best football club in the Universe, Leeds United (Marching On Together!), enjoys gardening and country walks, and hitting old cars with a hammer.

Having joined Provident Insurance as a Graduate Trainee in 2001, Stephen has worked in a wide variety of roles across Claims, Customer Services, Marketing and Sales. Stephen has an MBA and a degree in Business & Management Studies from the University of Bradford, and is ACII qualified with Chartered Insurer status. Outside of work, football and family take up most of his spare time. He's married to Emma and they have two older children - Megan and Callum.

Catherine is responsible for technical pricing, market pricing, and our data transformation. She plays a key role in supporting our business growth and profitability, whilst ensuring we continue to deliver real value for our customers. Some of her hobbies include baking, travelling, and playing music on the Clarinet, Piano and Guitar.

Lisa is our Chief People Officer, appointed to the Executive Committee in 2019. Lisa is responsible for leading, developing and implementing the People Strategy and developing Covéa’s inclusive culture. Lisa is married to Tom, who works in insurance broking. They have two children: Archie, soon heading to university, and Nicole, who Lisa supports in horse riding as a groom and HGV driver. Lisa occasionally borrows a friend's horse, adding to her equestrian adventures. She enjoys walking her dogs, Connie and Lexi, and loves being outdoors. Lisa is also passionate about travel and discovering new cultures.

As Director of Business Transformation Nick is responsible for leading company-wide transformation and strategic initiatives. He joined Covéa in 2017 and has held a number of leadership roles in product management, transformation and design. He is a passionate advocate of design thinking. Nick is married to Helen, they have two children and a black labrador called Woody. Nick loves travel and adventure, when he's not travelling the world he can be found exploring the UK in his VW campervan. Nick also chairs a youth football team as he is an FA qualified coach and is on the board for a charity which supports disadvantaged young people.
