Provides up to £25,000 cover for clearing and removing illegally dumped waste from the property.

Loss of Metered Utilities

Pays up to £10,000 for accidental discharge of water, oil, gas, or electricity from a metered system — helping reduce unexpected overheads.

Illegal Cultivation of Drugs

Includes clean-up and damage costs caused by the illegal production of drugs — subject to rigorous tenant referencing and inspection conditions.

Failure of Tenants’ Insurance

Covers buildings that tenants were contractually obliged to insure but failed to — up to £1,000,000, helping landlords avoid uninsured gaps.
