A Broker-Voted Achievement We’re Proud Of: 5-Star Rated Once Again

We are incredibly proud to share that we have once again achieved 5-Star status in the Insurance Times Broker Survey, alongside being ranked Number One for Personal Lines for the eighth consecutive year. This year also saw us awarded 5 Stars for Commercial Lines, marking another important milestone for our business.
What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it is entirely voted for by brokers. The Insurance Times Broker Survey is one of the most respected benchmarks in our industry because it reflects the real experiences and trust of the brokers we work with every day. Receiving 5 Stars across all measured areas shows that the service, support and partnership we strive to deliver is resonating where it matters most.
The survey assesses underwriting expertise, ease of doing business, product offering, pricing, service levels, claims support and the strength of our broker relationships. Achieving the highest rating across the board is a powerful endorsement of the standards our teams set themselves.
Being ranked Number One for Personal Lines for eight years running is something we do not take for granted. Maintaining this level of performance requires constant focus, investment and a willingness to listen and improve. Likewise, achieving 5-Star status in Commercial Lines reflects the progress across our CL proposition and the growing confidence brokers have in working with us.
As Distribution Directors, we are particularly proud of the people behind these results. This achievement belongs to colleagues across underwriting, claims, operations, distribution, technical, pricing and support functions who work tirelessly to deliver for brokers and their customers. Their expertise, professionalism and commitment are what turn strategy into reality.
