We’re thrilled to welcome Ashleigh Gray to the team as our new Regional Development Manager for the South East. Ashleigh joined us recently and is already bringing a brilliant mix of energy, humour, and ambition to the role.
First weeks can be a whirlwind, but Ashleigh’s already picking up on what makes the culture here tick. “The welcome has been amazing,” he shared. “There’s a real sense that people are committed to doing the right thing and backing each other to deliver.”
That emphasis on teamwork and mutual support fits perfectly with how we like to work with clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and making sure our partners feel the benefit of a strong, connected regional presence.
As Regional Development Manager, Ashleigh will be focused on building relationships, supporting regional priorities, and helping colleagues and partners succeed across the area. It’s a role that thrives on being proactive, spotting opportunities, sharing insight, and staying responsive to the needs of our network.
While it’s still early days, Ashleigh’s starting to think long-term, however “Right now, I’m just soaking everything up,” he said.
Outside of work, Ashleigh’s life is full of energy, thanks to his two-year-old. “If I’m not running around after my little one, I’m either playing football or out on the golf course.”
At 33, he’s still playing football regularly, and is an Arsenal fan. “Let’s see how many people here support a good team,” he teased. However, golf is quickly becoming his second love. “My wife says I play too much golf. I say I don’t play enough!” he joked.
Settling in during those first few weeks often comes down to people: who you meet, how you’re supported, and whether the culture feels like a fit. From the first conversations, it’s clear Ashleigh values straightforward collaboration and a positive mindset, qualities that mirror how we like to work, and he’s excited about what the future holds.
