We're delighted to welcome Scott back to Covéa Insurance as our new E-Trade Specialist Development Consultant.

Scott brings more than six years of commercial underwriting experience, having previously worked across a variety of roles at Covéa Insurance, alongside earlier experience in insurance broking. With a strong technical understanding of the market and the broker landscape, he is returning with a wealth of expertise and a passion for supporting brokers and driving the continued development of our eTrade proposition.

Reflecting on his decision to return, Scott said:

"Having previously spent six years at Covéa Insurance, I was delighted by the opportunity to return. The positive culture, strong values and great people were a huge part of my decision, and I knew it was a business I wanted to be part of again."

The role appealed to Scott because it brings together many of the aspects of his previous positions that he enjoyed most, including relationship management, broker engagement and supporting business growth. It also provides an opportunity to further broaden his skills, work even more closely with brokers and play a key role in developing our digital trading solutions.

Having already worked within our eTrade underwriting team, Scott already has a strong understanding of the proposition and the value it delivers to brokers.

"It's clear that there's a strong focus on providing brokers with an efficient and accessible trading experience while maintaining the personal relationships and support that are so important in our industry," he explained.

Looking ahead, Scott is particularly excited about helping brokers make the most of our eTrade capabilities. By combining his underwriting and broking experience with a relationship-focused approach, he hopes to help broker partners trade more efficiently and effectively while supporting the continued growth of the proposition.

A key priority for Scott will be building strong relationships with brokers, understanding their individual needs and identifying opportunities where our eTrade solutions can support their businesses.

"I'd like to take a collaborative approach by understanding each broker's individual needs and demonstrating how our eTrade solutions can help them trade more efficiently and effectively. By sharing best practice, providing support and maintaining regular dialogue, I hope to help brokers maximise the value they get from our proposition."

As he settles into his new role, Scott is looking forward to reconnecting with colleagues, building new relationships across the business and working closely with brokers to support their success.

We're thrilled to have Scott back on board and look forward to seeing the positive impact he'll make as we continue to enhance our eTrade offering and strengthen our broker partnerships.
