We would like to welcome CJ Major and Joe Silson, who have both stepped into Broker Development Consultant roles.

CJ joins us with a unique and varied background. He began his career in claims at MyPolicy before moving into a TikTok start-up, where he built strong skills in creativity and relationship-building. He brings valuable experience and perspective that he now applies in his role at Covéa. We’re really pleased to have him on board and are excited to see how he combines his insurance knowledge with his creative thinking to build strong broker partnerships.

Joe’s journey into his new role is equally impressive. After spending time working on cruise ships, he has built seven years of experience with Covéa as a motor claims handler. During that time, Joe has consistently demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and a real passion for delivering great outcomes. He’s now ready to take the next step in his career, and we’re looking forward to seeing him thrive as a Broker Development Consultant.

Celebrating an Internal Promotion

I’m also very pleased to announce the promotion of Ollie Kenyon to Regional Development Manager for the North West.

Ollie has been with Covéa since 2021 and has spent the past two years within our Commercial Lines Distribution team, where he has made a significant contribution. His promotion reflects his hard work, commitment and the impact he has made within the business. As part of this next step, Ollie will be relocating to Manchester, and I have no doubt he will continue to build strong relationships and drive success across the region.

These appointments reflect our continued focus on developing talent from within Covéa, as well as bringing in fresh perspectives from outside the business. Both are key to strengthening our team and ensuring we continue to deliver for our broker partners.
