We are thrilled to welcome Bailey Linton back to our team!

Bailey re-joined us on the 1st of July and brings a wealth of experience from his previous tenure with us between 2019 and 2023.

Bailey's journey with us began straight out of school. At just 24 years old, Bailey has already made significant strides in his career and worked with us for four years. During this time, Bailey's dedication and passion for his work were evident to everyone around him.

After taking a brief break, Bailey decided to return to our company. When asked about what attracted him to come back, Bailey mentioned the vibrant office culture, "I really loved working here, I liked the buzz in the office and the culture. There was always something to do and everyone was one big team, across the whole business," Bailey shared.

During his time away, he continued to maintain a relationship with our company while working at one of our brokers. He was impressed by the progress we made, such as rolling out better pricing models and focusing on our core strengths. This vision inspired him to return and be a part of our journey once again.

Bailey's expertise lies in product management and customer service. He started his career with us as a degree apprentice straight out of sixth form, working in the contact centre. This role provided him with a solid foundation in understanding insurance, customer needs, and our company's expectations. Bailey then transitioned to the product team as a Product Insight Analyst, focusing on consumer research and understanding customer needs. His dedication and hard work led to a promotion to Product Governance Manager, where he was responsible for fair value assessment cycles, broker reporting, and more.

Bailey's passion for product management stems from the variety and innovation it offers. "In products, you're always working on a new initiative. For example, one week you might be working on an add-on that's not in the market and learning about how that will serve customers." He appreciated the opportunity to see projects through from idea creation to delivery and the impact it has on our proposition.

Bailey also values the collaborative nature of product management. He enjoys working with different departments and external partners, which provides a comprehensive understanding of how the business operates. "Product touches every department. You get quite a good understanding of how everything works across the business."

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys playing snooker and walking his two energetic lurchers. He also loves socialising and spending time with his friends.
